Q. What is a popup container home?
A. Our popup container homes are compact, prefabricated units that transform into amazing full size homes within minutes, using a unique custom designed expansion system. Our popup container homes are available in 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, and come complete with an all inclusive bathroom, spacious kitchen, living area, bedrooms, flooring and electrical and plumbing systems. Our popup container homes are an ideal instant living solution and can be manufactured, approved and delivered to you within 8 – 10 weeks! Contact us for more information.
Q. Do you have a display model?
A. Yes we have a popup container home on display at our warehouse in Silverdale, near Penrith in Sydney. Please contact us on 1300 899 108 to book an appointment.
Q. Do I need council approval for a container home?
A. This may depend on a number of factors. Stay away from companies who say you don’t need council approval as this is false and can cause major problems down the track. Our range of popup container homes have been designed and engineered to meet the Building Code of Australia and council standards. We work with a team of engineers, certifiers and city planners who can ensure your new popup container home gets approved and meets all council and legal requirements. A. Yes, we deliver anywhere in Australia, so contact us for a quote for delivery.
A. Our popup container homes are currently available in 2 sizes: 38m2 (20ft), and 58m2 (30ft). Our designs offer 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms with kitchen and bathroom, 4-6 bedrooms dormitory style accommodation or empty house plan (shell only).
A. Yes, our container houses are all built to Australian Standards, are asbestos free, and have SAA certification on electrical systems and glass, and watermark on all plumbing.
A. No, all Custom Container Homes are manufactured off-site in our factory and delivered to you 95% complete. The only building works that takes place onsite is the laying of the foundation, final installation and connection to water and electrical services.
A. All of our container homes have an outstanding 10-year structural and 1-year warranty on materials.
A. Yes, our buildings offer a wide range of custom options such as external cladding, extra doors or windows, extra walls or partitions.
A. Yes, for sure, we can offer you the full package including custom design, supply and installation.
A. All plumbing and electrical is already installed prior to delivery. We can arrange a plumber and electrician to connect the services if you like, or you can take care of this yourself. All of our products and services are tailored to suit you.
